Salted Vegetable Beancurd Seafood Soup

Ingredients
1 dozen premium fish ball halved
1000g premium prawns shelled and de-veined
300g premium chicken meat minced
3 premium whole large carrots chunked
1 premium large preserved salted vegetable sliced
1 cup dried scallops softened
1 cup shallots and garlic chopped
1 cup fried shallots
1 cup premium rich abalone stock
1 cup premium rich chicken stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium olive oil
3 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white rice

Method:

1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the ingredients and simmer in the stock mixed for 25 mins till all are soft.
3)Dine in separate bowls the steam white rice and rich soup for the  anticipating family.
