Ingredients:
1 kg premium prawns, shelled and de-veined
5 celery stalks, chopped
400g pennells, boiled and cooled
1 whole garlic, minced
Premium olive oil
Salt to taste
What's Special:
For family preference for dry and fried food yet dreaded heatiness to the body, having this dish is a healthy choice.
Method:
1) In a wok of heated olive oil, fry the minced garlic, prawns till fragrant.
2) Add in the celery and fry for 2 mins.
3) Add in the boiled pennells and olio(fry) the dish with salt for 5 mins.
4) Call your family around the wok and use chopsticks for a light-hearted meal.
