Tom Yam Egg Noodles Soup


Portion: for 3 adults
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

3 balls egg noodles washed clean
300g premium prawns shelled and de-veined
2 packet premium fish balls washed clean
2 soup bowls premium fish cum chicken stock
2 packet premium tom yam chilli paste
1 packet premium tom yam powder mix
2 stalks premium fresh carrots cubed
5 large American premium potatoes cubed
8 stalks premium celery cubed
1 whole chef garlic chopped

What's Special:
Using egg noodles tends to reduce the happenings of coughs when sipping the soup or inhaling the fragrant vapour of this hot soup. This way I can have uninterrupted dining with my family.
My children also find it a milder spiciness in this creation and feels fuller with the added potatoes.

1) In the fish stock, boil all the ingredients except the noodles for 10 mins.
2) Add in the noodles and boil for 3 mins.
3) Serve into 3 soup bowls and dine immediately with your family.


how u made the noodle with tom yam soup is perfect! i hv too many tom yam soup packs (from my friend from thailand), now i know another way to use them!
