Seafood Sweet Braised Meat "ParaRice"






















Portion: for 3 adults
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Cost: SGD 40




Ingredients:
300g premium sweet braised meat diced
400g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
600g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
2 stalks fresh broccoli separated into florets
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/10 cup ginger shredded
1/10 cup premium chicken stock
3 cups premium chicken stock adjusted for cooking rice
1/2 cup sugar
Premium oyster sauce
1/10 cup premium olive oil























What's Special:
The sweetness that comes from the combination of meat, poultry,seafood and spices with chicken flavored rice is a sumptuously delightful feel that leaves a light stomach.



Method:

1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic in olive oil till fragrant. Meanwhile cook 3 cups of rice with stock.
2)Add in the ginger, fillet, prawns, chicken, sauce, sugar and broccoli and fry for 10 mins
3)Add in stock into mixture and simmer for 15 mins. Pour mixture into rice cooker for 10mins.
4)Serve hot paraRice!

I've not heard of ParaRice but it certainly looks delicious with all the ingredients :)

I haven't tried ParaRice before. It must be very delicious. Can we use a rice cooker when cooking it?
