Ingredients
600g premium prawn de-veined and shelled
200g premium chicken fillet cubed
4 premium whole carrots sliced
2 stalks premium broccoli chopped
12 premium fish balls halved and spiced
2 cups garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup fried shallots
1 cup chicken stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white rice
What's Special:
The freshness of the prawns and spiced fish balls just twine in good flavor with the soft broccoli and sweet carrots in heavily "garliced" sauce, giving it a chunky yet light twist to the full- filling cuisine of delicious fried- spiced fragrance.
Method:
1)Deep fry the shallots, fish balls and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins or till fragrant but not burnt.
2)Add prawns, fillet, broccoli, carrots, stock, salt and sauces to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Complete satisfying the family's crave serving with steamed white rice.
