Seaweed Silken Soup Noodles

500g premium dried prawns grounded and deep fried
500g premium dried scallops shredded and soften
500g premium dried fish grounded and deep fried
2 cup premium Japanese seaweed shredded
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup fried shallots
3 cups premium abalone stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white silken noodles

What's Special:
The simple ingredient of dried prawns in rich ocean mix soup just attracts the family to continually retract the smooth noodles to the family heart's content.


1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the rest of the fabulous ingredients at once and simmer for 15 mins.
3)Dive into the smooth noodles in this simply rich broth attune rightly to the family taste.


The broth sounds amazing. I will have to give this recipe a try. Noodle soup is a comfort food for me.
