Steamed Tofu Oyster


Portion: for 3 adults
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

4 premium fresh oysters shelled and diced
1/1o cup ginger sliced
1/8 cup garlic minced
1/8 cup shallot sliced and deep fried
1/4 cup fish stock
1 tablespoon sugar
1/10 cup olive oil
1 tube premium silken tofu sliced
5 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Meat Floss
2 stalks spring onion chopped


What's Special:
Adding oysters gives the real ocean taste to the seafood delight.

1) Pan fry the ginger and garlic till golden. Meanwhile in a steamer, steam the tofu for 10 minutes.
2)Add in the oyster, salt,sugar and sauce and fry for 5 mins.
3)Add in the water an boil for 5 mins under high flame.
4)Pour mixture onto steamed tofu and steam for 5 mins.
5) Serve with toppings and a big smile.


Sorry to be dense, but what is the hairy looking stuff on the tofu?

they are pork floss, however you may used chicken floss or fish floss.
