Char Kway Tiao

Ingredients:
100g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
150g premium fresh chicken fillet diced a marinated in dark sauce
100g premium cockles sterilized
3 balls of fresh Kway Tiao/ Broad Rice Noodles and Yellow Noodles Mix
5 stalk fresh Choi Sum/ Leafy vegetable cut
1 cup premium fresh bean sprout shredded
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/10 cup chicken stock
3 tablespoon premium pounded chill
1/10 cup olive oil or more
Premium Dark Soya Sauce
Premium Light Soya Sauce
3 tablespoon lime juice




What's Special:
The fresh lime juice that freshen up and balances the heavily salted ingredients.




Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic and chilli in olive oil till fragrant..
2)Add in the prawns, chicken, cockles, Choi Sum and fry for 5 mins. Add in bean sprout and stir fry for 2 mins.
3)Add in the Kway Tiao and fry for 5 mins. Add in the Sauces and stir fry for 2 mins.
4) Add stock and fry till dry. Add in the fresh lime.
5) Serve hot and smile ear to ear to each family member.
