Heavenly Braised Prawns

700g premium prawns shelled, washed and de-veined
200g fresh chicken finely diced
3 rice cups premium fragrant long grained rice
1 whole premium white cabbage sliced
3 medium carrots cubed
2 teaspoon salt
2-3 cups premium chicken stock
2 medium shallots sliced
2 large whole garlic sliced
Premium chicken stock for cooking rice
Premium oyster sauce
Premium extra virgin olive oil

What's Special:

The simple aroma of fried cabbage and carrots in garlic and shallots gives the traditional homely warmth and taste to the dinner. Visually the prawns seems to be floating in a sea of clouds....O heavens.

1) Cook the rice with chicken stock.
2) In a heated pan of olive oil, stir fry garlic, shallots just golden. Add in cabbage, carrots,
chicken, prawns, salt and oyster sauce and for 10 mins. Add in chicken stock.
3)Put the mixture into braising pot for 40 mins .
4)Serve the traditional cuisine to your loved ones in the family.
