2 slabs premium fresh bean curd
Premium Sambal
1/2 cup chef garlic minced
1/4 cup shallots chopped
Premium olive oil

1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic and beancurd , in olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add sambal and keep stirring till all are well done.
3)H...ave it with homely bread or soup noodles.
