Dark Sauce Egg Beany N Scallopy Congee

Ingredients
600g premium dried scallop softened
3 slabs premium soft bean curd thickly sliced
3 cups premium carrots diced
1/2 dozen premium boiled eggs
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup fried shallots
3 cups premium scallop and abalone stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium dark soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium white congee

What's Special:


The boiled egg adds a special taste and presentation to the dining table with the aromatic scallops seeped in fragrant dark sauce all around the room.

Method:

1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the delicious ingredients into a stewed pot for 30 mins.
3)Top the white congee with the toned egg and wholesome goodies from the pot for young and old.
