Fried Sweet and Spicy Broccoli and Prawn

Ingredients
750g premium prawn shelled, de-veined and cleaned
2 large sized premium broccoli cut into bite-sized florets
8 premium whole dried scallop soaked
1/2 cup premium garlic chopped
2/3 cup premium carrots sliced
Premium sweet and sour chili paste and stock to moist 
Premium soya sauce and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
Premium salt to taste

Be dazzled by the gem liked tiny broccoli florets and fragrant spicy dish that goes very well very soups and rice or pasta.

Method:                                                                                                      

1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the ingredients with chili paste and simmer in the stock for 15 mins or till all are soft and slightly dry.
3)Dine in with any pasta, soup and the family cuisine set below for the family filled with zest.
