Shredded Meat with White Cabbage and Coined Carrots in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
350g premium fish balls cleaned and halved
1 large sized premium white cabbage cut and cleaned
280 premium well-seasoned braised meat
1/2 cup premium garlic chopped and 2 cups premium carrots coined
Premium soya sauce, stock and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
Premium salt to taste

What's Special:
The oyster sauce and soft braised meat is very soothing in texture and taste. The sauce that is created gives the carrots and cabbage a more full-bodied savor to enjoy.

Method:                                                                                                      

1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the ingredients with and simmer in the stock for 15 mins or till all are soft and fragrant.
3)Dine in with any pasta and the family cuisine set below for the family wishing for a soft meal.
