Ingredients
2 dozen premium white fish ball spiced
3 packets vegetables with stalks peeled
2 stalk premium broccoli cut in florets
2 slab premium soft white tofu
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
1 cup premium onions sliced
3 cups premium fish and chicken stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white slurpy noodles

Method:

1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add tofu, broccoli, vegetables, fish balls, stock, salt and sauces to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Pour in the cooked white noodles for 3 minutes and serve hot.





Wong Bak Beancurd Scallop Soup

Ingredients:
2 whole large premium Wong Bak cut into broad strips
1 premium tofu tub for soup cut into bite-sized cubes
30 premium preserved button mushroom
5 soup bowls of chicken and bacon stock
1 whole garlic separate into cloves
200g fresh scallops blanched and minced
Salt to taste and 8 slices ginger (optional)

What's Special:

The heart warming hot soup increases my appetite and whenever any of my family members have a cold, adding ginger to this already wonderful broth dispels the trouble and for the healthy, enhances the general taste with its spiciness. This is suitably an everyday dish to be appreciated by all.



Method:
1) Soak, wash, peel and cut the Wong bak leaves into strips.
2) Into a pot of boiling chicken stock, add in all the ingredients under big flame for 5 mins and simmer for the remaining 10 mins.
3) Serve with steamed white rice and enjoy the family warmth.

Seafood Sweet Braised Meat "ParaRice"

Ingredients:
300g premium sweet braised meat diced
400g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
600g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
2 stalks fresh broccoli separated into florets
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/10 cup ginger shredded
1/10 cup premium chicken stock
3 cups premium chicken stock adjusted for cooking rice
1/2 cup sugar
Premium oyster sauce
1/10 cup premium olive oil























What's Special:
The sweetness that comes from the combination of meat, poultry,seafood and spices with chicken flavored rice is a sumptuously delightful feel that leaves a light stomach.



Method:

1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic in olive oil till fragrant. Meanwhile cook 3 cups of rice with stock.
2)Add in the ginger, fillet, prawns, chicken, sauce, sugar and broccoli and fry for 10 mins
3)Add in stock into mixture and simmer for 15 mins. Pour mixture into rice cooker for 10mins.
4)Serve hot paraRice!

Tom Yam Egg Noodles Soup

Ingredients:
3 balls egg noodles washed clean
300g premium prawns shelled and de-veined
2 packet premium fish balls washed clean
2 soup bowls premium fish cum chicken stock
2 packet premium tom yam chilli paste
1 packet premium tom yam powder mix
2 stalks premium fresh carrots cubed
5 large American premium potatoes cubed
8 stalks premium celery cubed
1 whole chef garlic chopped



What's Special:
Using egg noodles tends to reduce the happenings of coughs when sipping the soup or inhaling the fragrant vapour of this hot soup. This way I can have uninterrupted dining with my family.
My children also find it a milder spiciness in this creation and feels fuller with the added potatoes.




Method:
1) In the fish stock, boil all the ingredients except the noodles for 10 mins.
2) Add in the noodles and boil for 3 mins.
3) Serve into 3 soup bowls and dine immediately with your family.
